Dr Bujtor undertakes and collaborates on scientific research across nutrition, dietetics, feeding, child development and related areas of health, with interests spanning clinical, developmental and population health. Her work includes research, evidence synthesis, scientific writing and research communication.

Dr Bujtor serves on the board of The Feeding Trust (transitioning to The Foundation for Feeding, Education & Development in October 2026), contributing clinical and scientific expertise to its governance and strategic direction.
