Your first appointment is an unhurried conversation. We talk through your history, lifestyle, concerns, and goals, and begin shaping a clear, personalised plan together. There is no judgement and no rush — just time to understand what you actually need.
Do you offer online appointments?+
Yes. Alongside in-clinic sessions at Sevenoaks, Dr Bujtor offers secure online telehealth consultations, so you can be supported wherever you are.
Do I need a referral to book?+
No referral is needed — you can get in touch directly. If you are already working with a GP or other clinician, Dr Bujtor is happy to liaise with them with your consent.
Who do you work with?+
From newborns and children through to women at every life stage and adults seeking a calmer relationship with food. Sessions can be one-to-one, in groups, or as a family. If you’re not sure whether the clinic is right for you, simply ask.
How long are sessions, and how many will I need?+
An initial consultation is typically around 60 minutes, with shorter follow-ups thereafter. The number of sessions depends entirely on you and your goals — this is discussed openly, never assumed.
