The Approach

Understanding first,
followed by evidence-led care and support.

01

Listening & Understanding

Dr Bujtor begins with a thorough assessment — health, history, nutrition, and the realities of everyday life. Good care starts not with advice, but with understanding.

02

Making Sense of It

Drawing on dietetics, nutrition science, psychology, and the latest evidence, Dr Bujtor brings the different pieces together — building a clearer picture of what’s happening and what it means for you or your child.

03

Care That Evolves

Care and support that adapts to your changing needs — considered, evidence-led, and shaped around real life, never a rigid programme or one-size-fits-all plan.

In Practice
"For the first time, we felt understood rather than judged. Dr Bujtor took the time to understand our child's needs, explained everything clearly, and gave us practical strategies that genuinely worked. We left every appointment feeling calmer and more hopeful."
— Emma W., Surrey
"Dr Bujtor combines exceptional scientific knowledge with genuine warmth. Her approach is thoughtful, evidence-based and completely individualised. We finally had a plan that made sense and the confidence to move forward as a family."
— James & Rachel P., Edinburgh
"Dr Bujtor has an extraordinary ability to make complex nutrition feel understandable and achievable. Every recommendation was backed by evidence, tailored to our situation, and delivered with kindness. We made more progress in a few months than we had in years."
— Sophie T., Bristol
"We've worked with several health professionals over the years, but Dr Bujtor's expertise and professionalism stood out immediately. She looked beyond symptoms, understood the bigger picture, and helped us rebuild confidence around food in a way that felt sustainable."
— Lauren M., Melbourne
"Dr Bujtor's knowledge is exceptional, but it's her ability to listen and truly understand that made the biggest difference. Her calm, structured approach transformed the way we think about food, and we finally felt equipped to support our child with confidence."
— Daniel & Mei L., Singapore

Feeding development,
explained for families.

WISE is Dr Bujtor’s own platform for understanding how feeding develops — the stages children move through, the developmental foundations that shape eating, and why feeding may not always progress as expected. Created for parents, it brings the science of feeding development into clear, practical everyday guidance.
